Linda was extremely helpful in working with the factory and found two replacement windows that they had in storage. I did not act fast enough and only one was left when I made the decision to proceed. I then needed to select two matching windows of a different style which was a good but not perfect match, which I did. Troy did a seamless and perfect installation leaving my wife and myself as extremely happy customers. I would recommend them without reservation.
